About Artist:

Mark Balma has completed oil portraits of Gen. Colin Powell, Dick Cheney, James Baker, Gen. Brent Snowcraft and former President George Bush. Other portrait work includes Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan. He has also created portraits for many prominent families in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, and executives from The Mayo Clinic and 3M. An exhaustive catalog of his earlier works was published in “Mark Balma: Drawing from Tradition” by Tryptick Editions, Minneapolis (1993).
