About Artist:
Australian artist Fred Colla was born in Melbourne 1956. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Chisholm Institute of Technology, now Monash University in 1978 Fred paints the landscape and the industrial landscape. In the words of this respected Australian artist: ?In recent years I have endeavored to express what it feels like to be IN the city rather than looking at it. Contrasting unexpected views of parts of buildings with long, distant vistas,old buildings with new and a sense of night and day all in the one painting. ?
