About Artist:
?John Gable, an original and incentive artist, combines a Realists style with his own independent spirit.
Mr. Gable specializes in painting mural images and large canvases of Americas love affair with the automobile and its effect on our society. Recent car paintings commissions include the painting of the Marlboro-Penske Racing Team win at the Indianapolis 500. In 1998, he was commissioned to create an extensive series of murals for the Automotive Hall of Fame at Greenfield Village in Dearborn, Michigan, representing the colorful history of the automobile.
He is also credited for his work at GM motors designing the TRANS AM and the Cadillac Seville. John Gable has been commissioned by Audi, Volkswagen, Ferrari, Alfa Romeo and Bugatti to name a few. ?He is currently painting murals for the Willard hotel in DC.
