Dick Bobnick is a multi award winning illustrator and portrait artist having been lead illustrator at four of Minneapolis' largest art and design studios. Through high school and college he cartooned and art edited yearbooks and engineering monthlies. Upon University of Minnesota graduation he was immediately hired for his first art studio job. During his career he has been the reccipient of many art competition awards locally and nationally. Over his career has produced award winning art for national adveritising agencies, corporations and producers of books, magagzines and the collectabes industry. He retired in 2010 but has continued producing exciting paintings for sale both as originals and reproducitions as fine art prints and collectables. He has retained many of his originals due to his contract requirements. Some clients prefered a "buyout" which enabled them to retain the original painting.
