1. Artplode LTD ("Artplode") acknowledges and respects the intellectual property rights of others, especially those of artists
2. The entire content included in the Artplode website, including text, graphics and design is copyrighted as a collective work under the United Kingdom and other copyright laws, and is the property of Artplode LTD.
3. Subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, you download or print portions of material on the site solely for your own non-commercial use. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited, unless authorized by Artplode. You further agree not to change or delete any proprietary notices from materials downloaded from the site. All copyrights belong to the artists.

4. Artplode will investigate any claims of copyright infringement relating to listings on the Artplode website that are reported to Artplode by email or mail.

5. If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, you can report possible infringements of copyright on the Artplode website by forwarding to Arplode by email or by mail a Notice of Alleged Infringement .
6. Upon receipt of the Notice of Alleged Infringement which should include particulars as outlined below, Artplode will take whatever action, in its sole discretion it deems appropriate, including removal of the material from the Artplode website where any listing includes material that infringes the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
7. Any Notice of Alleged Infringement must provide a description of the alleged copyright infringement including:
(i) images of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed on the Artplode website.
(ii) the URL of the link shown on the Artplode website where the alleged copyright infringement is located
8. Must include your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature, your mailing address, telephone number and email address.
9. Must include both of the following statements in the Notice:
(i) "The information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed."
(ii) "I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material or reference or link to such material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., as a fair use)."
