This sculpture of the Blessed Virgin of Guadalupe was cast using the lost-wax method, then chiseled and retouched by hand, and finished with fire-applied patinas in brown, black, and green. The mantle is adorned with 800 zircons, and the edge of the mantle with 200 turquoise stones.
