About Artist:
21 year old musically addicted photographer I started this journey when I was 18 and it's funny because my initial intention with life was to move to New York and lock myself in a room to learn how to make beats. During my senior year I picked up a photography class and eventually started taking photos of my friends. The fun and human connection I got from it was something I lacked in life and from that point on taking portraits became my thing. At the time I didn't know where I was going to take my vision although I've progressed immensely in a short period. Now my goal is to keep creating beautiful images
that inspire creatives in every medium. Bless to all who've come across this page
About Artwork:
I was in my room may 2019 thinking of bucket hat designs, one that came mind was to paint a sky full of balloons onto one. Then I thought for a moment.. what if I attached balloons to hat I drew out the idea and saw it was applicable through photography since that what I happened to be doing at the time. And the exact picture you see is the exact picture I saw in my mind, all I had to do was find the right location. The location is in The Bronx nearby Pelham bay park. The title was taken from an unreleased Earl Sweatshirt song. I was listening to it one time, it reminded me of my idea so I thought that'd be a cool title for the photo. Also this was shot with my 35mm film camera, I didn't have any lighting assistant just me, the model, and camera. The model is my good friend Femi who I met on the train in summer 2018. I chose him because I'm most comfortable around him and trusted him with the idea.
