About Artist:
Singapore artist Belinda Low says she lives to paint and she paints as if there is no tomorrow. Belinda Low says her wish and philosophy - to live out the rest of her life painting and at various parts of the world and as far as I can go. She says she wants to make a contribution by sharing with society what she does best. The styles of Belinda Low paintings are post impressionism veering toward photorealism. Belinda Low says her subject interest lies in but not limited to land and seascapes as well as portraiture using acrylic and oil or both. Belinda Low says she will paint all kinds of subjects mainly those with forms of movement and expressions especially in seascapes and portraiture. Her love is to use bold colors and strong brushstrokes showing intense emotions exuding and transcending these feelings to the viewer.
About Artwork:
One of my floral paintings.
Van Gogh's almond blossoms he gave as a gift to his newborn nephew. I see that as a sign of new life in him and his brother Theo's life. I also see this as a new beginning in another phase in my journey. Thank you for visiting.
