It was during one of her volunteering that Catherine Lefrancq discovered photography. She then realized the strength that could have a photo to show the invisible. It has given rise to publications and exhibitions in France and abroad
Fascinated by the wonders she is fortunate enough to observe and capture through her lens, her approach to photography is resolutely intuitivel, guided by her sensitivity and receptiveness to her surroundings. For her, emotion takes precedence over any technical considerations of her camera, which lends an authentic dimension to her work. For years Catherine used to work her photography from landscapes to wildlife, highlighting the beauty and majesty of nature in all its forms. More recently, her eyes have turned also to people who inspire her. Her photographs have been published in magazins, have been awarded , and exhibited in galleries allowing the public to share her unique vision of the world.
