About Artwork:
?The "The Amicable Walk" painting is a 47x71inch piece done in acrylics on canvas. Elephants being the largest land mammal yet gentle, it is an endangered specie that has reduced in numbers due to poaching. Elephants have been killed in order to extract thier tursks for money. These great animals that used to walk on the whole surface of the earth, are now found in afew countries in the world. Because of my too much love for wildlife, i decided to paint this piece using those beautiful colours to create awareness of how beautiful those animals are and need to be conserved. Conservation of wildlife has helped for example my country Uganda to gain income through tourism, which has been used to develop the ecocomy of the country.
I think and believe the peacefulness of these animals is maintained and promoted throughout and we together can continue to care and protect these amazing animals.
