In the audio world the distribution of energy across an audio spectrum of energy across an audio spectrum is considered tonal balance.
There are many interpretations and nuances to what tonal balance really is, so I decided to distribute audio energy across canvas and acrylic sheeting: sounds translated into color, compartmentalized like pixels, small moments expressing a larger picture down to the individual brushstrokes striving to achieve tonal equilibrium.
