About Artwork:
"The title of the artwork is, "Self Portrait." It was the first colored self portrait that I created, while I was in my third year of highschool. I wanted to experiment with mixed media artworks and used pencil, color pencil, and ink pen to create the piece. I decided to use cold and warm colors in this art piece, to allow both colors to contrast and accentuate each other. The butterflies were included in this piece because of my interest in the beautiful colors that butterflies have, including the details that they have on their wings."
