One of a kind standing sculpture. Fabricated with 1/8" stainless steel in a box contruction. Fully hand constructed and finished.
Symbol depicted is "OM"
OM is a sacred sound, a spiritual icon and a mantra. It is a Sanskrit word that translates as “ Source” or “Supreme.” It refers to Atman (soul, self within) and Brahman (ultimate reality, entirety of the universe, truth, divine, supreme spirit, cosmic principles, knowledge).
The sound vibration of the word is most important. OM (AUM)
- the “AWE” sound - represents the start of the universe
- the “Ooo” sound - represents the energy of the universe
- the “Mmm” sound - represents transformation
These three syllables also represent the three stages of life: birth, life and death. The last syllable is the deep silence of the Infinite. The chant merges from the ‘M’ into the deep silence.
