Nicole Gaitan was born and raised in Jackson Hole and has been an artist her entire life. She first hung in a gallery at 23 making her first official sale at that time. It included four of her pieces to one collector. It was her dream to continue to create artwork and she has been ever since. She shows in galleries and independently across the United States.

This horse art painting was created as a showpiece for the Slow Foods International Event in the Summer of 2016 held at the Lockhart Ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. It is now being displayed at the Art Association Gallery at the Center for the Arts.
