About Artist:
The artist is named Chaboola. He is aided in his creativity by being diagnosed with Schizoaffective disorder. His artwork is characterized by rapid and prolific creation during manic episodes. Art is a coping method for him. Expressing his audio hallucinations and thought delusions through his work has interesting results. The artwork becomes more realist in style during times of less active brain activity, such as with normal mood and normal thought patterns. Can you guess what state the artist was in during the making of this mixed media work?

- Comments:
This work is a commentary on different forms of the same genre of music within opposing countries. The top left represents Russian Rap group, "Gamora". The bottom right represents American rapper, Eminem. These two are in flux; while they are simultaneously part of the same genre, they come from places that sometimes are considered to be enemies. There are many more symbolic representations in the work, but this is a good starting point. The entirity of the work is not meant to simply represent music, but more the dichotomy between nations.
