About Artist:
Deborah is a professional artist?mainly self taught after initial lessons with her grandfather. She lives in Corsham, Wiltshire and works from home. There is some of her work with HM The Queen. Her work comprises pencil and graphite drawings, oil paintings, pastels and watercolours.
Deborah recently met Jerry Saltz, the Pulitizer prize winner in Criticism, at the Outsider Art Fair 2019 in New York. He has not only bought artworks from her but has praised and championed her work for a number of years on social media.
About Artwork:
Animals inspire me I find painting very relaxing and can spend hours at a canvas letting my tea go cold. Visiting London Zoo has been great inspiration for me getting close up to wildlife at a safe distance. I am also inspired by the Renaissance and Classic Greek sculptures and I endeavour to bring these pieces to life in oil paintings and pastel works. My favourite artists are da Vinci and Michaelangelo and their works especially Michaelangelos sculptures inspire me and have completed an oil painting of David and Pieta. The price is a guide price however all reasonable offers will be considered.

This painting is an oil on canvas and measures 30" x 48" based on Georgian Bath and the costumes that people wear during reenactments in the city. It is a new canvas and has not yet been varnished, the canvas is in excellent condition and Artplode is the first place to exhibit the work. It can be shipped to most countries in the world.
