About Artist:
Deborah is a professional artist mainly self taught after initial lessons with her grandfather. She lives in Corsham, Wiltshire and works from home. There is some of her work with HM The Queen. Her work comprises pencil and graphite drawings, oil paintings, pastels and watercolours. Deborah recently met Jerry Saltz, the Pulitizer prize winner in Criticism, at the Outsider Art Fair 2019 in New York where her paintings were on exhibition. He has not only bought artworks from her but has praised and championed her work for a number of years on his social media accounts.
About Artwork:
I was inspired by my visit to New York last year where the gold leaf sculpture of Gen Sherman is at the entrance to Central Park and the painting is part of my American Collection. My cheetah art was also being exhibited in New York at the Metropolitan Pavillion and this is where I met the wonderful Jerry Saltz and he gives the biggest hugs.
