Therese Aasvik, born in 1974, lives in Oslo, Norway where she explores different themes on canvas. Her work is a continuous dialogue between organic and emotional essence. Therese Aasvik's art has been shown in art biennials in Dublin, Ireland and Florence, Italy and in exhibits in Rome, Berlin, New York, Chicago and Las Vegas. Her work is also featured in the art publications New Collector's Book 2013 and Contemporary International Masters 2010.
About Artwork:
This particular piece is inspired by the Norwegian Ylvis brothers' song "What does the Fox say". I wanted to paint something from the animal's perspective.
