About Artwork:
Creativity is an exploration of uncertainty and the art that can be created from it. One works in myriad materials and art forms in an effort to evoke the spirit of the concept one has in mind.
A large part of earlier work was executed in egg tempera. My latest work is executed in a subversion of traditional handicrafts i.e. crocheted thread augmented with paper to tone down the brightness of the coloured threads. My subject matter has always been either autobiographical or as of late, topical, viz. the pandemic; the destruction of forest habitats and one notable painting on 'love jihad', a ridiculous edict being promulgated in certain states.
