About Artist:
VIRUS is a multimedia futurist who’s intentions are to dissolve and further fuse the natural environment with the digital landscape. VIRUS battles against cultures' singularly directional mold to which every living being is conformed to.
Human trends such as isolation and product fetishism primarily brought on by the advancements in the mobile technology sector have plagued us for the past decade and a half. Through art and installation VIRUS aims to reprogram infected Earth Dwellers and rid them of their inability to connect with others in the real world.

About Artwork:
With I Popped The Cherry, But I Did Not Sell My Dignity, VIRUS explores the grey line between boyhood and manhood. What is manhood and how is the modern day right of passage attained? Bearing a firearm for the very first time, VIRUS shot 35 rounds at the same paper target from various distances. Once sold the purpose of the artwork will be complete.
