Vesa Peltonen is a renowned artist who has worked in various art related areas over 35 years. He is an award winning/nominated artist, designer, photographer and been an advisor for the Canada Arts Councils. He has an Art, History and Education degree having been a University, College and High School art instructor while living in Canada. Peltonen is noted for is his unique limited edition prints and many art commissions. His art has sold worldwide. He is the only artist whose original prints Dr. Jane Goodall co-signed celebrating her 40th year studying animal habitat. He is an expert in Art history, being an Art Talk show host freelance on 1100kfnx radio. He has travelled to all Continents in the world and is an author on art matters. He continues with pursuing his cause, ‘Global ArtXchanges’ that he began 8 years ago, which sends only proper art supplies to needy youth worldwide
About Artwork:
I have always been inspired by the lure of the ocean. Having travelled to 5 Continents I have been amazed by the vastness of seasacapes, worldwide. I have mostly photographed a lot of scenes or/and painted them while there.
