Tile Mosaic framed work on a fabric matt is of a single yellow and red rose and white daisy. The Mosaic is 7-1/4" x 5-3/4" with the framed work is 13" x 12". The work was completed in 1971 and was purchased from Mondo Cattolico on 5/29/1972, Sri, Piazza Pio XII, 12 00193 Rome.
To obtain current market value for works by this artist I contacted Mondo Cattolico in Rome where it was originally purchased. They gave me an estimated value of $25,000 Euro - approximately US $28,000.
I am asking considerable less than market value as I am not attached to the art. This was my mothers and I am hoping the lower value will help sell the peice quick. Will consider an Offer on the peice OBO.
