Nurcan Coskun
Born in Germany with Turkish roots, I have been living in Berlin for over 25 years. At 45 years old, I recently rediscovered my passion for creating art.
My process is pure freedom: I don't have a fixed image of the final painting; instead, I trust the flow of the present moment completely. What I do have is a precise vision of the colors. The moment the music turns on I start to dance an paint, my mind turns off.
I create abstract pieces filled with rhythm, explosive colors, and pure joy for your space.
About Artwork:
The beautiful orange hue of the iconic Hermes boxes served as the ignition for this piece. It sparked the entire creative journey. But instead of sticking to just one tone, the orange developed a magical, vibrant life of its own on the canvas.
Using this radiant color as a foundation brought so much joy that the creative flow became unstoppable. Driven by music and dance, more and more lively, bold colors naturally integrated into the piece.
Out of this blissful rush of color, these fascinating, colorful creatures gradually emerged. An abstract acrylic painting packed with rhythm, elegance, and positive energy, capturing the pure joy of the moment.
